Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing with some brief updates before the end of the school year. Firstly, may I commend this year-group on their behaviour and work ethic throughout the year. It has been outstanding. This 5th Year group is extremely popular amongst staff - a big thank you to you as parents on behalf of the staff.
Summer Exams
5th years will commence their summer exams on Friday May 22nd. They will finish on Friday May 29th. Students are in for the full duration of the day and can study if they do not have an exam. The timetable is attached here.
Book Scheme- Message from Ms Fernandez
As the school year comes to an end, students will begin bringing their textbooks home over the coming days. These books are part of the Book Scheme and will be needed again next year for 6th Year.
We kindly ask that all books are kept safely over the summer and returned to school in good condition at the beginning of the new academic year. Students should also ensure that all books and belongings are removed from their lockers before the end of this week.
The 2026/2027 booklist will be published on the school website shortly, and any additional books, exam papers or stationery required will be listed there.
Uniform Orders/collections- Message from Ms. Cashman
Black Jumper/Uniform Collection - Dates for Collection
Thursday 28th May 12-1 and Friday 29th May 11-1. Students can pay for the items collected at this time by paying by cash or card, they can also order and pay in advance by using the school app.
Head Girls for 6th Year
Congratulations to Hannah Murphy, Jemma Lomasney and Meabh O’Connell who will be Head Girls for the Class of 2027. leadership next year. A big well done to the other students who put themselves forward.
Return to School
This group will return to school on Thursday August 27th at 8:45am. They will have induction from 8:45 to 10am and will follow the timetable from there on.
