Dear Parents/Guardians,
Christmas assessment results are now available via the parent VSware app/profile. We encourage you to review and discuss the feedback provided by each teacher with your daughter, as this will help to inform her next steps in preparing for the Leaving Certificate.
We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s parent–teacher meeting on Tuesday, 27 January, in Glenmary Sports Complex, from 4.15–6.45pm. We have also asked 5th year students to provide you with a list of their teachers.
Note regarding 5th Year Business:
Mr Allen has replaced Mr Tobin for future 5th Year Business classes. Feedback and results have been provided by Mr Harris, who taught the students last term. Mr Allen will be getting to know the students in the weeks ahead, and a full and comprehensive handover has taken place between the teachers. Mr Allen will be available at the parent–teacher meeting for introductions or general queries; however, feedback on the Christmas assessment will be provided in the report.
The subject level-change window will remain open for the next two weeks to allow requests for a level change in any subject. Relevant forms are available on your daughter’s Google Classroom.
Finally, we remind parents to download the St. Aloysius' College app, which is now the main platform for much of our school communications.
