We are delighted to inform you that all First Year Students will visit the Cork City Hall on November 7th 2025 for the Cork Pops Orchestra Post Primary Schools Concert. It promises to be a day filled with fun and lots of learning.
The theme of the concert this year, ‘The Rhythm of Time’, has an interesting focus on rhythm, on changes in musical styles over time, and on how time can feel suspended when we immerse ourselves in listening to music. The students will have the opportunity to see Cork Pops Orchestra perform live, with special guest stars and Evelyn Grant of Lyric FM as the presenter.
Students will arrive at school for normal time and go to class for their 8.45am roll call. Students will then make their way to the school buses and depart at 9.15am. The buses will return at 12:00pm for afternoon classes. All students must wear their full school uniform.
The cost of this educational trip is €8. The school subsidises the cost of this trip for students. All payments can be made through the Swoofee link here. The closing date for payment is November 6th 2025.
